Angola stil have chances to qualify

Angola
Angola revived their chances of qualifying for the 2015 CAF Africa Cup of Nations when they defeated Lesotho 4-0 in their Group C encounter at the Estádio 11 de Novembro in Luanda on Wednesday night.
Bastos opened the scoring early in the first half and Ary Papel added a second just after the hour mark, while the other goals came early in the second half through an own-goal and a fourth from Love Cabungula.
The Palancas Negras needed maximum points to resurrect their hopes of finishing in the top of half of the table and made their intentions clear in the 2nd minute when FC Rostov defender Bastos broke the deadlock.
The hosts dominated possession and played attacking football and were eventually rewarded in the 33rd minute when Papel doubled the lead following some good work from Gilberto.
Angola started the second half as they had done the first, applying pressure on the visiting side, and were eventually rewarded in the 47th minute when miscommunication between the goalkeeper and a defender led to an own-goal.
The result was put beyond doubt ten minutes later when Love added the fourth goal to send Angola up to third place with four points from as many matches, two ahead of Lesotho, who drop to last place.
Gabon and Burkina Faso, who top the group with seven and six points, respectively, will meet in Ouagadougou on Wednesday night.
Angola will have an opportunity to break into the top half of the table when host Gabon before visiting Burkina Faso in November.
