Real Madrid really wants Mbappe

REAL MADRID have agreed a staggering £161m fee with Monaco for Kylian Mbappe, according to reports.

The 18-year-old will be loaned back to the French giants for one-year before heading to the Spanish capital. It is understood Madrid will pay £143.5m plus £17.5m in add-ons including fees for Champions League and La Liga wins.
He will sign a six-year deal with Zinedine Zidane‘s side, according to Marca.
Sources in Spain claim he will pen a £120,000-a-week deal.
Mbappe is believed to have had “numerous” conversations over the move with Zidane on the phone.
The switch will make the striker the most expensive player in football history.
The deal will eclipse the £89m deal which saw Paul Pogba move from Juventus to Manchester United in the summer of 2016. It is thought Mbappe and his representatives met with Real Madrid last week to thrash out the terms of any transfer.
Zidane gave his approval for the move while he is away with the Los Blancos squad in Los Angeles on a pre-season tour.
He will return back to Madrid this week where he will meet with the young Frenchman to discuss his plans for the future.  The Champions League winners could only sanction the mega-money swoop after selling Alvaro Morata to Chelsea for £65m last week.
While Monaco want Mbappe to return on a season-long loan deal, the forward is believed to want to stay with Madrid.
President Florentino Perez sees the youngster as both a current and future star. Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola was keen to land Mbappe or Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez this summer as well.
He will now turn his attentions to the Chilean ace after losing out in the race for the French star.
Monaco issued a statement last week warning clubs they would face action for illegal approaches of Mbappe.
Sky Sports meanwhile have reported that Monaco have not agreed to sell Mbappe to Madrid.
