West Brom boss Tony Pulis to offer Arsenal £13million for Kieran Gibbs

WEST BROM boss Tony Pulis is going back in for Arsenal’s Kieran Gibbs with a £13million offer.
Pulis returned to the Gunners reserve left-back after Tottenham’s Kevin Wimmer opted to join StokeGibbs, 27, spoke with the Baggies earlier in the transfer window and is also a target for Watford.
But Albion are now expected to come up with a better package.
Pulis ruled out a move for Gibbs earlier on in the summer, but is ready to launch a fresh bid.
This was after Arsenal knocked back an offer of £10m for the England international.
The Gunners had been holding out for £15m, but with the end of the window looming, they have dropped their asking price.
Gibbs made just 11 Premier League appearances last season as Nacho Monreal remained the first choice left-back under Arsene Wenger. The arrival of Sead Kolasinac pushed him further down the pecking order, leaving him to look for first team football outside of the Emirates.
While West Brom are poised to bring Gibbs to the Hawthorns, one defender is set for a move away.
Leicester have had a £28million offer rejected for centre-back Jonny Evans, who is keen on a move to Manchester City.
Pep Guardiola is hoping to finalise a £30m deal to bring him to the Etihad as the Citizens look to bolster their back-line.
