Harry Kane warns Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo he is after them

FORGET the double or the treble – Harry Kane is aiming for the bullseye.
The Tottenham star’s double strike in his team’s 4-1 victory over Liverpool on Sunday took his goal tally for 2017 to 45. The England star now has his sights set on hitting the bullseye before the year is out.
He said: “Fifty goals for the year would be nice. There are plenty of games to go, so we will see.
“I don’t like to think about it too much, but I feel good.”
Reaching the half-century would emulate the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, arguably the world’s current two top stars. Kane said: “That’s what I want to do. I’ve told you before, at some stage I want to be the best player in the world and to do that you have to be up there with these players.
“They set the standards, Ronaldo and Messi, so for the rest of us it’s about trying to catch them and get up there. “The numbers are good, but for me it’s more important to be winning big games against big teams.
“It shows we are coming together as a team and getting better. That’s the most important thing. “We will see where we finish at the end of the year but it’s always my aim to be up there with the very best.”
Meanwhile, Arsenal legend Thierry Henry says Kane has some teams beaten before they even walk down the tunnel.
Kane took his season's league goal tally to eight and he heads the race for the Golden Boot with one more strike than both Sergio Aguero and Romelu Lukaku. And Henry told Sky Sports: "I think, right now, he's there. I remember playing games where I knew it was OK already in the tunnel.
"You're focusing, and that guy on the side is looking at you and I'm like 'Oh man, you're in trouble'.
"So then you go on the field and you give them what they want. What they want is to see if I was that. I can see that with Kane, he's looking at people like 'You're not going to do anything against me today', and those guys back off.”
