Slaven Bilic’s future to be discussed by West Ham's owners

WEST HAM'S owners and board are set to meet Yesterday to discuss Slaven Bilic's future.
The Hammers boss is set to face the axe after watching his side suffer a 3-0 battering at home to Brighton on Friday night. West Ham currently sit 17th in the Premier League after nine games - and could slip into the relegation places this weekend.
Bilic has long been the bookies' favourite for the chop this term as his under-performing Hammers slide perilously towards the drop zone.
Now it appears the club's board have run out of patience and could sack the Croatian, 49, by the end of the day.
West Ham have won just two of their nine games in the Premier League this season, losing a further five. Should manager-less Leicester win their game against Swansea this weekend, the East Londoners would find themselves 18th in the table.
Following the Hammers' humbling at the hands of newly-promoted Brighton at the London Stadium on Friday, Bilic's odds of being axed were dramatically slashed. Following the game, Bilic said: "I don’t know [if I’ll be given time] all that I can say is that I am the manager of the team and I take full responsibility.
"I am very experienced I have been there before, we talk about bouncing back last season, that is all I can say – what is going to happen? "It’s not in my hands, like it wasn’t before the game.
"On one hand I believe in myself and in my work and in my team – we’ve showed that in the last six games.
"On the other hand, you lose 3-0 to Brighton and you can’t be happy about anything."
