Diego Perotti: Twitter reacts to the Roma star bizarrely touching up team-mate Stephan El Shaarawy during Chelsea clash

ROMA may have stunned Chelsea with a 3-0 win at Stadio Olimpico, but it was Diego Perotti who sent Twitter into meltdown.

The Argentinian winger netted his side's third of the match with a breathtaking finish, but that wasn't the major talking point after the Champions League clash. Stephan El Shaarawy got the Serie A side off to a dream start with an emphatic finish in the first minute to set the tone of the match. And when he netted again to make it 2-0, things all got a bit too much for Perotti. Rather than patting him on the back, or shaking his hand, the 29-year-old went one step over and decided to cup a feel of his bum. Things got a little too intimate when his hand wandered south of El Shaarawy's shorts.

Luckily the Italian forward saw the funny side of the incident, initially turning round shocked before he broke into laughter. It's unclear whether the celebration was part of an inside joke, or simply if Perotti decided to seize an opportunity. Here are the best tweets around the bizarre incident...
