Jose Mourinho blasts England for injuring Phil Jones with thigh problem

JOSE MOURINHO has blasted England for playing crocked Phil Jones.
Phil Jones limped out of England's match with Germany with a thigh problem
Angry Mourinho reckons Jones should not have featured in Gareth Southgate’s plans.
He said: “I don’t think it’s possible for a player with a problem to play in a friendly.
“Of course, Phil Jones had a problem. He was having a problem for three weeks, he’s having problems that are stopping him playing for his club – and then he plays for his club in extreme conditions because it’s a big match against Chelsea. “Then he goes to the national team and he comes home with an ongoing injury that everyone knows is an ongoing injury.”
Mourinho claims he was “naïve” for letting Jones join up with the England squad when other Premier League bosses withdraw their star players.
He said: “You always have some clubs where their players always have something.
“It could be a fingernail, he has a little flu, he has a problem with the little toe, and they withdraw, stay with their clubs, have their holidays and their rest.”
