Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner on Borussia Dortmund’s radar
DAVID WAGNER is on Borussia Dortmund’s radar over a return to Germany.
The Huddersfield boss was at the Bundesliga giants coaching their reserves before moving to England.
And his work taking the club into the
Premier League
has impressed his old club.
They have struggled this year under Peter Bosz and have crashed out of the
Champions League
after failing to get out of Tottenham’s group.
Wagner is expected to be in the frame if there is a change of coach at Dortmund.
He signed a new two-year deal in the summer following promotion from the Championship. Meanwhile,
Dortmund scrambled a point to stop the rot at Bayern Leverkusen on Saturday
.
Andriy Yarmolenko struck late on for the visitors to earn under-fire coachr Bosz a stay of execution.
But makes it seven games for Dortmund without a win.
