Swansea considering Frank de Boer as possible replacement for Paul Clement

Frank de Boer is one of a number of managerial candidates under consideration by the Swansea board to replace Paul Clement, who was sacked on Wednesday night.
The Dutchman is currently many bookmakers' favourites to take over at the Liberty Stadium - but Swansea are still discussing the pool of names, according to Sky sources.
De Boer, 47, was sacked by Crystal Palace just 10 weeks into a three-year contract earlier this season after losing his first four Premier League games in charge without scoring a goal. His compatriot and former international team-mate Ronald Koeman has ruled himself out of the running to take over from Clement. Slaven Bilic would be keen to speak to Swansea but has received no approach. The Croatian was sacked by West Ham in November after more than two-and-a-half-years in charge.
Swansea are not interested in speaking to Tony Pulis, who left West Brom last month. They are not in a rush to make an appointment and have placed Leon Britton in charge for Saturday's visit of Crystal Palace.
