We Will Noy Be Seeing Ambrose&Enyeama

Enyeama
Two Nigerians, Vincent Enyeama and Efe Ambrose will not compete in the season’s Uefa Champions’ League group stage after coming close with their respective clubs.
Enyeama turned out with French club, Lille OSC at the Estádio Do Dragão on Tuesday night knowing only a big win against Portuguese club, FC Porto will turn the tie around.
Lille had lost the first leg 0-1 in France last week.
Les Douges always faced an uphill task though and so it turned out as the 27-time European champions cruised to a routine 2-0 win as Lille limped out of the competition with a whimper.
Enyeama and his teammates will now concentrate on the Uefa Europa league.
If Lille’s elimination was expected, the same could not be said of Celtic.
Efe Ambrose predictably started for Celtic in front of almost 56,000 screaming fans at Celtic Park but was powerless to stop his side from capitulating to a 0-1 defeat.
After drawing the first leg 1-1 in Slovenia, Celtic bowed out on a 2-1 aggregate.
Celtic were extremely fortunately fortunate to have reached the playoff stages in the first place.
The Bhoys were outclassed 6-1 by Legia Warsaw but the Poles were disqualified after fielding an ineligible player in the second leg.
Ambrose, like Enyeama will now set his sights on success with Celtic in the Uefa Europa League.
