Frank Lampard is likely to miss Manchester City's Champions League tie
with CSKA Moscow on Tuesday after injuring his thigh against Tottenham.
Midfielder Lampard, 36, left the field on a stretcher during the first half of
Saturday's 4-1 home win.
and will have a scan on Tuesday.
City boss Manuel Pellegrini said: "We will see after the scan. For the moment, he will not travel to Russia."
Former Chelsea midfielder Lampard is on loan from New York City.
He is set to join the Major League Soccer side in the new year for the start of the 2015 season.
