Kevin Wimmer and Vincent Janssen to West Brom in £30million double deal with Spurs

WEST BROM boss Tony Pulis is ready to pull off a £30million double swoop for Tottenham pair Kevin Wimmer and Vincent Janssen.
Pulis hopes to seal the double swoop today with Spurs willing to sell and Albion’spersonal offers set to top any rival clubs for their signatures. Wimmer can move after the arrival of Davinson Sanchez from Ajax and he wants the chance to play in the Premier League this season after frustration at White Hart Lane.
The deal – rated at around £15 million – will give Pulis the first of two centre halves he wants for the Baggies back line amid interest in skipper Jonny Evans.
Striker Janssen has had a rough time at Spurs, finding it hard in the shadow of Harry Kane, but would give Pulis an extra attacking option.
He is also valued at £15 million despite his woes and Stoke City are still keeping an eye on his future.
Baggies are also looking for further reinforcements and are still in the hunt for Bournemouth’s versatile Marc Wilson who was on loan with them before.
West Brom have already pulled off a number of impressive moves, starting with the £12m capture of Jay Rodriguez from SouthamptonGareth Barry and Craig Gardner have arrived to strengthen the midfield.
While striker Yuning Zhang joined in a £6.5m switch from Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem.
But it’s Ahly loanee Ahmed Hegazy who has impressed the most so far, with the centre-back quickly winning over fans with a couple of strong performances.
