Mario Balotelli sets sights on Real Madrid OR Barcelona transfer

MARIO BALOTELLI has lost none of his self-confidence when he was quizzed about a possible move to La Liga.
The Italian international is currently producing the goods for French side Nice after a miserable spell at Liverpool. Balotelli, 27, has fired in seven goals for the Ligue 1 outfit in just nine appearances so far this season.
That follows on from an impressive first campaign with the club that saw him score an impressive 17 times in 28 matches.
He joined Nice back in the summer of last year after a miserable spell at Liverpool, where he found the net on just four occasions, came to an end.
But after rediscovering his form in front of goal, Balotelli seems to have his eye on bigger and better things. Although, as usual, his comments were firmly tongue-in-cheek.
Speaking to Marca, he revealed which Clasico team he would prefer to play for - but he admits he is not too fussy. He said: "I like Real Madrid, but if Barcelona called me I wouldn't cry."
Balotelli first burst onto the scene when Manchester City signed him for Inter back in 2010. He left the Citizens after a three-year spell that saw him help them win the Premier League for the first time.
AC Milan snapped him up from the Etihad before he returned to England and moved to Anfield a year later.
But he has revealed how he almost joined Juventus instead of going to the San Siro four years ago until Milan vice-chairman Adriano Galliani changed his mind. Balotelli added: "First I talked to Juventus but then I decided to sign for Milan.
"I was a fan of the Rossoneri and Galliani was there, with whom I get along."
