Eric Bailly set to miss six to eight weeks after injury setback
ERIC BAILLY has dealt Manchester United a blow by getting ruled out until the New Year.
The Ivory Coast centre-back is set to miss six to eight weeks.
Bailly, 23, has aggravated a groin injury.
His last match was
the 1-0 defeat at Chelsea
on November 5.
And Jose Mourinho must now cope without his key defender through the crucial festive and January period.
The United boss
has already needed to juggle his defence since Phil Jones’ injury playing for England last month.
Bailly was a regular last season and his injury problems were limited to a six-week spell out with a knee problem before Christmas. But this season he has been limited to ten appearances
for United
.

Barcelona were thought to be on Bailly’s trail.
