Wilfred Ndidi sent-off on his birthday

LEICESTER star Wilfred Ndidi was sent-off on his BIRTHDAY... for an outrageous dive against Crystal Palace.
The Nigerian midfielder, 21 today, received his second yellow card of the game for simulation in the box on the hour-mark with his side 2-0 down.
Wilfred Ndidi was sent-off for diving in the penalty area against Crystal Palace
Moments earlier, the Foxes had a goal disallowed on a frustrating afternoon for the hosts.
Already on a yellow card, Ndidi went down under pressure from Crystal Palace duo Scott Dann And James McArthur.
However, there was absolutely not contact as the Nigerian's legs buckled from underneath him.
Referee Martin Atkinson was quick to brandish the second yellow card and Leicesterwere two-down, and a man down.

As Ndidi trudged off, the crowd applauded him and even chanted, "You're not fit to referee" to Atkinson.
However, Chris Waddle was adamant the midfielder deserved his sending-off, saying: "It was a dive. "I don't know why the crowd's applauding him. Wilfred Ndidi deserves to get sent off there, I don't know why he does it - nobody's anywhere near him."
Earlier in the game, Christian Benteke got the Eagles off to a flying start, scoring in the 19th-minute, with a superb header. Wilfried Zaha doubled Palace's lead on the stroke of half-time as he jinked past his defender and rifled the ball into the corner of the net.
The victory ensured Roy Hodgson's Crystal Palace revival, as the club - at least until the 3pm kick-offs - moved up to 14th in the Premier League.
In fact, despite very different starts to the season, the Eagles are now just nine points adrift of eighth-placed Leicester.
