Egypt sound Nigeria warning

Egypt fans
Egypt produced an efficient display ahead of the impending U23 African Cup with a 2-1 win against Cameroon.
The test game was played at the Sharm El-Sheikh stadium and it forms part of the north Africans' preps for the tournament. Nigeria have a date with Egypt on December 2 in their quest to get a place locked down at next year’s Olympics.
The Egyptian side looked good and their fast start paid off with a 16th minute goal from Mohamed Salem. After just over an hour, Cameroon leveled. But it lasted just six minutes, with substitute Karim Mamdouh from a rebound.
Egypt could have got a better win but Ramadan Sobhy missed a penalty on 80 minutes.
