GEOFFREY KONDOGBIA will never be allowed to forget this.
The Inter star scored one of the greatest own goals EVER as his side beat Chelsea 2-1 in a pre-season friendly in Singapore. There have been sillier, funnier own goals - but none executed quite so exquisitely as this one.
With Inter two goals up, after a dodgy penalty was awarded against Cesar Azpilicueta and a very smart finish by Manchester United target Ivan Perisic, the Blues were looking to get back into the game.
France international Kondogbia was under minimal pressure from Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda as the ball was rolled to him in midfield.
The 24-year-old didn't have many options - so opted to heave it back to Inter goalkeeper Daniele Padelli.
But Kondogbia way overhit the pass.
And although he was 40 YARDS from goal - Kondogbia managed to lob Padelli and see the ball sail perfectly into the top corner for one of the most stunning own goals ever.
Fans on social media were quick to praise/slate the midfielder for his goal.
