Hazard was joined by David Luiz and N'Golo Kante as Antonio Conte puts his side through a gentle workout ahead of their trip to Italy. Hazard has been eased back into action after undergoing surgery on a broken ankle in the summer. The 26-year-old Belgian winger went under the knife in July, and missed the club's first four games. He has since been playing regularly, scoring twice in Chelsea's 3-3 draw with Roma two weeks agoHazard believes his fitness problems are now well and truly behind him, with Chelsea hosting Manchester United in a massive Premier League showdown on Sunday. He told Chelsea TV: "I'm training hard, the injury is in the past. "I'm fully ready for the next game. I just want to play.
"A big week uis coming so it was important also for the confidence to stay high, after the game against Watford, to win at Bournemouth. "We are full of confidence now, with two big games in the Champions League and the Premier League.
"And we are ready to play both." Player of the Year Kante could be fit to return against Roma, after missing five matches with a hamstring injury. It will be Chelsea's first trip to Italy since 2012-13 when Roberto Di Matteo's side lost to Juventus and he was subsequently sacked.
Italy is historically a tough trip for the Blues, who have only won once in the country, with three draws and five defeats. Their only win was however in the Stadio Olympico 14 years ago this week, when Claudio Ranieri led Chelsea to an emphatic 4-0 win over Roma's great rivals Lazio.
