JURGEN KLOPP blasted his Kop flops after this humiliating turnaround and admitted: “It feels like we lost.”
But his dodgy defence caved in as Wissam Ben Yedder netted twice and Guido Pizarro steered home a stoppage-time leveller for Sevilla.
It means Klopp faces a last-day Champions League shootout against Spartak Moscow at Anfield on December 6 with a last-16 spot up for grabs.
Defeat to the Russians and a Sevilla win at Group E basement boys Maribor would see the Kop crash into the Europa League on the head-to-head rule.
Klopp said: “It is two halves. A fantastic half from my side and the second half we made the mistake and did not play football. “It is normal that you try to control the game but a team like us, we need to control the ball.
“We didn’t play anymore and we became passive. “They scored the first one and the atmosphere changed immediately and that gave them a big boost. After the second goal it was an open game and we could have scored, but we didn’t.
“We opened the door for them and did not close it and they scored in the last minute. “It was extra frustrating to concede at the end.
“It was misjudgement. If you want to control the game you can’t be passive. It is not the first time it’s happened and not the last.
“We have used our atmosphere before at Anfield and they used their crowd. We let them come back.
“Before the game, if you told me a draw I say ‘OK’. It is not the worst result but when you play that first half you want to win.
“We played a wonderful first half and the second half was not good enough.
