Jurgen Klopp slates Arsene Wenger for failing to get the best out of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

JURGEN KLOPP has slated Arsene Wenger for not getting the best out of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The Liverpool boss said he finds it “unbelievable” the Ox’s attacking talents were not used to the full by the Gunners’ chief.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is finally fulfilling his attacking potential after being held back at Arsenal, says Liverpool chief Jurgen Klopp
Klopp signed the England wideman for £35million last August.
And he rapped: “The biggest improvement for Oxlade-Chamberlain is being involved in goalscoring situations.
“It is unbelievable but he was not asked for this too much in the past.
“He has it in him but maybe hasn’t been asked to do that so much before.
“If you watch Arsenal in the past, their two decisive players were Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.
They are involved in a lot of decisive passes and then the others are not involved much.” Klopp surprised many when he paid the Gunners £35m for the Ox after the player refused to sign a new deal at the Emirates.
He has made 15 Premier League appearances for the Kop outfit, scoring once and setting up two more.
Oxlade-Chamberlain is expected to feature against the Gunners in tomorrow night’s clash at the Emirates.
Ironically, his final appearance for Arsenal was back in August — when they were smashed 4-0 at Liverpool. After a slow beginning to his Kop career, the Ox has started two of the last four games, including the Merseyside derby and Sunday’s 4-0 win at Bournemouth.
Klopp believes the 24-year-old is showing his true worth.
He said: “It’s all so different, he has become more and more a Liverpool player. He’s really fit, as you could see at Bournemouth.
“There is a lot of space for improvement as well. It’s all good.”
