This is Manchester United best team after Sir Alex Ferguson retired - Vincent Kompany

VINCENT KOMPANY cranked up the heat for today’s Manchester derby by taunting United: We’ve been top dogs ever since Sir Alex Ferguson retired.
And the Manchester City skipper believes they can dominate their bitter rivals for TEN YEARS.
Vincent Kompany is adamant that City are the No 1 team in Manchester
Since Fergie stepped down in 2013, City have won the Premier League and two League Cups, while United have won the Europa League, FA Cup and League Cup.
But Kompany said: “When I signed for City we weren’t the big dogs in the city. That’s changed now. A shift of power? I’d like to see us dominate for another ten years.
“That isn’t taking anything away from United’s history, but we can only deal with the here and now.
“In recent years we’ve had the edge. The biggest shift has been the Fergie era coming to an end — there was a huge gap left when he left United. “And as one Manchester club was going through a rebuilding phase, we were in the ascendancy.”
But United boss Jose Mourinho fired back, saying: “Many times, they need what is called a tactical foul. It is a strategy that they have, I know. “When they lose the ball, they are many times unbalanced in numbers, they have lots of people surrounding the ball area and they have a very strong transition in the next few seconds after they lose the ball.
“And many times, they need what is called a tactical foul and then it is up to the referee to analyse and make a decision.
“My answer always has to be, ‘the referee has to do his job’ and I cannot speak about the referee.”
